Skills on point!

The first week of March was busy, busy, busy!

Our participants in Mabopane, Pretoria, and Hillbrow gained hands-on experience with some very useful skills.

In Mabopane, we ran a food preservation class where participants learnt how to make the most of fresh produce and reduce waste by preserving it. They thoroughly enjoyed learning how to can food.

In Hillbrow, our students got creative with hair styling and cake baking. The smells from the kitchen made everyone around really hungry. And we loved watching the glamorous participants after learning about hair styling in our class.

A huge shoutout goes to our amazing facilitators and participants for making it happen!

For many, these skills classes are game-changers.
