She started as a hospitality participant, discovering a passion for culinary arts.
With her dedication and hard work, she joined the team as an intern, gaining hands‑on kitchen experience and adapting to the fast‑paced environment. Her commitment earned her the Assistant Chef role, where she now assists in menu planning and food preparation.
Simphiwe says the journey taught her discipline, creativity, and resilience, deepening her love for culinary arts.
