Mpumalanga"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ccdf53d484abdb0179c5476e019df250\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PLEASE NOTE THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS 28 MAY 2025<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reporting to the immigration lawyer, programme manager and team leader;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating with the social workers, consultant, immigration Lawyer and team leader;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing the caseload from intake through processing and filing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing applications for permanent residency and secondary benefits for foreign nationals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing and filing national- and immigrant applications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gathering applications and information from external clients;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping clients apprised of the progress of their cases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage immigration inquiries, gather required information, and keep clients informed of progress;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining hard copy files and entering data into an immigration case management system; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responding to immigration inquiries promptly and adhering to submission deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed LLB degree, Paralegal or BCOM Law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to collaborate with immigration attorneys and regional paralegal managers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive knowledge of visa, permanent residency, and secondary benefit applications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of the migration and legal framework;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A passion for and understanding of migration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent MS Office and spreadsheet\/database development skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and work effectively under limited supervision;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work under pressure and deliver under short timeframes; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good project management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br>* Be between the ages of 18 and 34;<br>* Have never had any formal employment;<br>* Be a South African Citizen; <br>* Must have the qualifications listed above;<br>* Are not currently in full-time studies and can attend this internship full-time;<br>* Add a cover letter stating why you want to do the internship and specify<br>   which city\/town you are applying for; and<br>* We will also require a completed application form, a certified copy of your ID no    older than 3 months, and a certified copy of your highest qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The start date of the internship is the 1st of July 2025, and the end date is the 30th of June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: You must be willing to be subjected to a credit and criminal check or any industry-specific check required for your job role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>Email your CV and cover letter, clearly stating which position you are applying for <strong>and which area you are applying for (i.e., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Musina &#8211;
