{"id":2758,"date":"2024-11-12T14:59:12","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T14:59:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/outreachfoundation.co.za\/wpof\/?p=2758"},"modified":"2024-11-12T15:37:03","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T15:37:03","slug":"payroll-and-hr-administrator-part-time","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/outreachfoundation.co.za\/wpof\/2024\/11\/12\/payroll-and-hr-administrator-part-time\/","title":{"rendered":"PAYROLL and HR Administrator (part-time)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Outreach Foundation is a non-profit organisation in the migrant, skills, and community development space that currently operates in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Musina, and Mpumalanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We currently have a part-time opportunity (2 days a week with remote work possible) for a Human Resources Administrator:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Performance Areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage attendance records and address unreported absences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track and validate overtime claims and acting allowances for payroll processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee HR inbox for timely responses and resolve discrepancies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compile weekly reports on overtime, leave forms, and time sheets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accurate leave tracking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate Fixed Term Contract processes and maintain employee role profiles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process entries for accurate payroll;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in disciplinary issues\/hearings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the induction of new staff and interns;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with recruitment and conducting background checks; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct exit interviews with employees who have registered intent to leave and ensure all company assets are returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>: National Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong>: 2 years or more experience in Human Resources administration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong>&nbsp;Strong payroll process understanding; \u2018Integrate\u2019 experience preferred; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills<\/strong>: Microsoft Office proficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-65fc130f465674db2802ee8013ae5639\"><br>Ready to drive operational efficiency in a dynamic development environment? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d67214d1ec17dc3f9fd82184bcafb739\"><strong>Apply now!
