Outreach Foundation returned to Nkomazi region Block B in Mpumalanga in July 2023 to host the food processing and preservation course.
Thank you to Thembalethu Nkomazi for opening their doors to us again. Training on food processing and preservation was completed in July 2023, and participants were elated with what they learnt.
The course offers income generation possibilities for those who completed the training, and another output of food preservation is to maintain the nutritional value of food and healthy eating habits.
