Who are we?

An entry-level training into the world of hospitality and an essential unique quality selling point for our participants who are looking to engage with the world of cooking whether formally or informally. The training will equip them with the idea of preparing quality food, reducing the risk of food poisoning and cutting down on waste. Training runs on scheduled dates in our nine-workstation industrial training kitchen.

We believe that affordable eating is attainable and that everyone should have a meal. Hunger and malnutrition throughout South Africa is an inexcusable human right we strive to fill. Through cooking, we believe we can strengthen community bonds, replenish families, teach valuable life skills and increase our beneficiaries’ chances of gaining employment, as well as help combat starvation and malnutrition in poverty-stricken areas.
