What an Easter Kids' Week we had! We met under the theme The Lord is my shepherd. The Easter Kids' Week 2009 was a magnificent event, because we had a good number of children for that time of the year; i.e. +/- 290 children and 70 helpers. Coming from the December Kids' Week, where we had +/- 550 participants, this was a welcome relieve for the committee.

We had many new helpers, which is good, as this ensures continuity in our team of helpers. The biggest challenge we faced, was that many of the organising committee were committed due to work, but fortunately we put structures in place that improved the running of the event.

Winter Kids' Week is already past and it was a great experience for all involved. For the first time in Kids week history we had a two week long program, this was due to extended school holidays and the FIFA world cup. The theme for the  was: "FAIR PLAY".
